I was very impressed with David and his crew from the start. When David came to give an estimate he was very attentive and listened carefully to my questions and concerns. He was very responsive and when I called with additional questions he responded immediately. His crew was very careful with my home and hung plastic to reduce the amount of dust. They did an expert job laying the new flooring and matching it to the existing floor. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was. I highly recommend this company. They provided expert work for me and they worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied. My flooring is beautiful.

David and his crew did such a wonderful job putting new hardwood floors. They are very dedicated and detailed in doing their work. Will definitely recommend them to our friends.

David and his team were very professional and explained the whole process very thoroughly. We got our hard floors resurfaced and refinished to a gray stain (previously espresso). The whole process took 2.5 days with his team of 8 people they did a great job. I highly recommend David and his company for any hard floor job. He works on your schedule but made sure to complete project and move all furniture back the way it was. Will definitely use him again in the future.

They came out a couple of times to drop off samples so we made the best decision. They were able to start my project very quickly and finished my project in one day. They had so many workers that it made everything very seamless. They were very responsive and all the staff was fantastic. We would recommend them to anyone; we have already recommended them to one of our neighbors.

This company is no questions asked the go to for flooring. Their customer service is amazing. They dropped off samples and switched them out without questions asked. They went above and beyond to help us get the flooring we wanted. The Installation crew was amazing as well. David wasnt playing when he said he would send a full crew over. He sent 7 guys to install our flooring. 7 hard working, fast guys. Very knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for flooring!

After speaking with and getting estimates from several flooring companies I came across Hardwood Floors Company, LLC and notice several excellent reviews. I can confirm that the excellent reviews are all accurate. I met with David and he provided me with a very reasonable bid for the installation of about 700 sf of 3/4" x 2 1/4" wood flooring upstairs. His bid included removing and reinstalling the baseboards, hand scraping, custom staining to match our first floor wood floors, 3 coats of poly and resealing our first floor wood floors that are 15 years old. Installing a wood floor is a big undertaking with numerous steps. David kept us informed as to the steps involved and he and his crew kept to the schedule that he laid out. He wasn't kidding when he said he would be bringing out about 7 guys to install the unfinished floor in one day. It was installed in one day, then they came back and sanded, scraped, sanded again, stained, put a coat of poly on, put the baseboards on then put another coat of poly on before returning the third day to put the last coat of poly on. They also moved some bulky/heavy furniture at no cost. We couldn't be more please with the results and were impressed by he and his crew's hard work and professionalism. We'll be getting a quote from HFC on the replacement of the carpet on our stairs and down the road when we replace the carpet in our master bedroom with wood floors we will be contacting HFC.

They patiently answered every question I had and were a joy to work with. I expected a lot of dust from all the sanding and scraping, but they did an outstanding job draping off things and then cleaning up to minimize the dust as much as possible. Bonus... they moved our large furniture out and back in our house and even placed the new felt pads I had on the furniture to make sure the floors were protected. Highly recommend!
