I was very impressed with David and his crew from the start. When David came to give an estimate he was very attentive and listened carefully to my questions and concerns. He was very responsive and when I called with additional questions he responded immediately. His crew was very careful with my home and hung plastic to reduce the amount of dust. They did an expert job laying the new flooring and matching it to the existing floor. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was. I highly recommend this company. They provided expert work for me and they worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied. My flooring is beautiful.

This company is no questions asked the go to for flooring. Their customer service is amazing. They dropped off samples and switched them out without questions asked. They went above and beyond to help us get the flooring we wanted. The Installation crew was amazing as well. David wasnt playing when he said he would send a full crew over. After speaking with and getting estimates from several flooring companies I came across Hardwood Floors Company, LLC and notice several excellent reviews. I can confirm that the excellent reviews are all accurate. I met with David and he provided me with a very reasonable bid for the installation of about 700 sf of 3/4" x 2 1/4" wood flooring upstairs. His bid included removing and reinstalling the baseboards, hand scraping, custom staining to match our first floor wood floors, 3 coats of poly and resealing our first floor wood floors that are 15 years old. Installing a wood floor is a big undertaking with numerous steps. David kept us informed as to the steps involved and he and his crew kept to the schedule that he laid out. He wasn't kidding when he said he would be bringing out about 7 guys to install the unfinished floor in one day. It was installed in one day, then they came back and sanded, scraped, sanded again, stained, put a coat of poly on, put the baseboards on then put another coat of poly on before returning the third day to put the last coat of poly on. They also moved some bulky/heavy furniture at no cost. We couldn't be more please with the results and were impressed by he and his crew's hard work and professionalism. We'll be getting a quote from HFC on the replacement of the carpet on our stairs and down the road when we replace the carpet in our master bedroom with wood floors we will be contacting HFC.

They patiently answered every question I had and were a joy to work with. I expected a lot of dust from all the sanding and scraping, but they did an outstanding job draping off things and then cleaning up to minimize the dust as much as possible. Bonus... they moved our large furniture out and back in our house and even placed the new felt pads I had on the furniture to make sure the floors were protected. Highly recommend!

My floors are very nice and they were able to find the exact wood floors that were installed in my home previous so I would have a perfect match! There guys are professional and hard workers. My experience with Hardwood Floors Company was very good. I asked them to give me an estimate and they came out the same day. I was happy with their quote and they scheduled to start work the day I had requested. Their office kept in constant contact with me as to the time the workers would show up and when they would be finished for the day. They worked with my time frame for completing the project and they did an excellent job. I had a couple of issues which they promptly responded to and fixed. I will definitely use them on my next project.

We used Hardwood Floors Company originally to refinish our original hardwood floors throughout the house. However, when they came in we found out that only half the house had salvageable original flooring. They were very prompt in helping us come up with next steps and went above and beyond to help us pick vinyl that would match the stain we used in the rest of the house.
